Hi, I am Kyra Maragno
1) What is your position in the company?
I am 23 years old and in Clerprem I cover the role of Project Manager (PM) for the French railway market.
I work closely with my UT design team.
My main goal is to coordinate and support the concepts we elaborate day by day with my team, aiming to satisfy our Client.
2) How does it feel to work with people with more experience than you?
Initially, the idea of having to expose myself and relate to people who have many years of experience made me feel inadequate.
Fortunately, within a few months, I was able to get in perfect harmony with my work team.
3) You work closely with our French customers, how is it to deal with this type of market?
Different challenges await me every day in a dynamic and stimulating work environment, with the goal to satisfy a rigorous and demanding customer.
4) What is Clerprem for you?
Clerprem represents for me a springboard full of ambition and enthusiasm.
