Gender Equality Certification
Our commitment to equality is not only stated — it is certified. Clerprem has obtained gender equality certification under UNI/PdR 125:2022 practice, certified by CSQA, the Italian national standard that attests to the adoption of concrete policies for gender equity: equal growth opportunities, pay transparency, parenthood protection, and an inclusive culture.

Clerprem’s commitment to its people and communities is also recognized externally. Within the “Impresa-Comunità” (Business-Community) Project promoted by Confindustria Vicenza and the Department of Management of the University of Verona, Clerprem achieved an overall rating above the averages for its sector , size class, and the entire sample.
Our strongest results relate precisely to our bond with people and local areas:
- 66/100 in Community Involvement (sector average: 17), including a score of 83/100 for initiatives supporting local communities abroad.
- 42/100 in Social Investments (sector average: 27), driven by a strong commitment to skills creation, research, and innovation (56/100).

Yoga - wellbeeing
At Clerprem, we believe that the well-being of our people is the foundation of a healthy, collaborative, and productive work environment. We have introduced free corporate yoga sessions within our facilities, available to all employees who wish to take a moment to find balance between body and mind.
The classes, led by qualified instructors, are scheduled at times compatible with work activities and are designed to promote stress management, improved posture and mobility a greater sense of calm and focus
For us, yoga is a concrete way to foster a culture of well-being accessible to everyone, where each person can feel supported, heard, and valued beyond their professional role.
