Filippo Bison – Technical Sales Management

Hi, I am Filippo Bison.

1) What is your occupation?

My role consists in giving technical support to our sales department in the evaluation, analysis and classification of new and on-going projects.

2) Which challenges do you face everyday?
The biggest challenge is to find the right balance between technical and financial solutions in order to respect the requirements and expectations of our clients.

3) What inspired you to be an engineer?
Mainly two reasons: my passion for motors and my strong interest in understanding the mechanics and technologies behind every object, overcoming the practical side.
