Hello, I am Davide Allegro.
- How long have you been working at Clerprem and How has your career evolved during these years?
I started in December 2017 after a work experience in South Tyrol where I delved into various topics on acoustics and vibrations.
At Clerprem I started as a project engineer following the development of automotive projects. In September 2019 I started following two projects for Audi as Project Manager and then I started managing the office coordination from May 2022.
In October 2022 was the most important turning point as I was appointed head of the technical office.
- What would you recommend to a young person aspiring to reach the position you currently occupy?
Curiosity, courage and the desire to continuously improve. Get out of your comfort zone!
- What are you most passionate about in your job?
My job is very varied. I make many decisions, some of them need to be made quickly, I manage a fantastic team of engineers and designers.
I collaborate on various projects directly with renowned OEMs in a multicultural and international environment.
I also work with my team on innovative engineering solutions to improve our products. It is this fantastic mix that excites me and energizes me every day!
