1) What’s your position?
I am responsible for the railway technical department. I coordinate and handle the technicians, making sure they always have the right information and they are the suitable person to work and complete the relative projects with the pre-established timing, quality and cost.
2) Which challenges do you face every day?
Balancing the right timings. My daily challenge is to respond to the major number of clients with the right awareness. Finding how to optimize the product, the processes and the tasks in my team. I push myself and my staff to constantly improve themselves in order to work on their personal growth.
3) If you could give a piece of advice to your younger self, what would it be?
Believe in your instincts and in your abilities. If you don’t believe in yourself, no one will.
